I open 1 consultation spot per week, released on a first-come, first-served basis. If you don’t see availability, please check back.

All new clients begin with a free consultation (phone or Zoom) before booking sessions.

To make sure your insurance covers our sessions, check out this page prior to scheduling your session or consultation.

For current clients:

Bookings for sessions are available Monday - Thursday, 11am - 6pm MST and Fridays 11am - 2:30 pm MST. These hours reflect my usual availability and may vary from week to week.

In-Person Sessions are currently not available.

Our Rates:

60 minutes Counselling Session - $190/Session + GST
90 minutes Counselling Session - $285/Session + GST
